The hotel is located in an easily accessible location. I checked in early, so the reception stuff gave me a room ready in case i didn't want to wait, it was spacious, very clean, had evrything you needed, air conditioning, hairdryer,soap, a lot of hot water and a refrigerator. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the terrace was nice and spacious. There is also a cafeteria manned by cheerful workers during the night.

I have to say it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in . From the professional check in ( Hasan a)and just the over all service from all the staff at the hotel. The pool area is amazing and we relaxed here in the afternoon and also had beers in the evening . The hotel prices are the best I have seen . It’s 4 euro for a pint of beer and 6 euro for a wood fire pizza . All the food is high quality and the table service from the staff was outstanding . I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again on my next visit to Marrakesh . ( note to management ) your staff and highly skilled and the most friendly staff and I have ever encountered . The prices of the food for room service was very reasonable, even cheaper than some options you get outside with both Western and traditional Moroccan cuisine and the food was good! Loved the outdoor swimming pool area that was colourful and nice to relax. Although the area is not the biggest so it can get quite crowded. We were able to print out our boarding pass at the reception for 10 dirhams, which is so good when you're flying budget airlines. There are 2 cash machines within walking distance which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable so overall, pleased with the stay!

The staff were very helpful and friendly The room had a balcony overlooking the main street, good location. About 15 minutes walk to the medina Good and prompt room service if needed, prices for meals not excessive. What you would expect for a 4-star hotel but not too expensive Serves alcohol and has a Spanish bar next door En suite was clean and spacious Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and definitely stay here again 🙂 We were there the night Morocco won against Portugal, good spirits all round!! Busy in the bar and eating area
